Hon. Emmanuel L. Maliksi

Emmanuel Leonardo Maliksi manifests the impression of a charismatic leader and a servant to the people through his service and advocacies. His ascend to politics is highly regarded to his intelligence, patriotism, zeal for service, passion for excellence and love of God.

In 2001, Emmanuel entered public service to continue the legacy of his father in ensuring sustainable development and positive changes in the way of life of every Imuseños. He was elected as the Municipal Vice Mayor of Imus, Cavite, where he served for two (2) consecutive terms. In his six (6) years of service as Vice Mayor, he presided the Sangguniang Bayan and spearheaded the creation of various ordinances promoting cultural and historical tourism in the municipality. He was the President of Cavite Vice Mayors’ League and all at once, the Vice President for Operations in the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines.

He served as the Municipal Mayor in July 20072007 and immediately responded to his calling of service by transforming Imus into one of the most progressive municipalities in the province of Cavite. He promoted the seven point agenda of his administration, focusing on job generation, livelihood, peace and order, education and health, culture and tourism, the environment, and strengthening of ties between local government units and various non-government organizations for an effective, efficient and appropriate delivery of public goods and services to its constituents. He also established Imus as the Flag Capital of the Philippines and started the celebration of Wagayway Festival to honor the national flag as well as to develop the richness of history of the place through the commemoration of the great Battle of Alapan in 1898. His various advocacies and programs led to the transformation of the municipality into city in 2012.

Hon. Arnel M. Cantimbuhan

Arnel M. Cantimbuhan was born on October 23, 1971. He is a former municipal and city councilor and currently serves as the Vice Mayor of the City of Imus.

Hon. Alex “AA” Advincula

Alex L. Advincula, popularly known as “AA” was born on the 28th of December 1969 to Leticia Lacson and Anastacio Advincula in Tanzang Luma, Imus Cavite.

He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas from 1986-1988 and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Open University System last December 2014.

He is a former Municipal Councilor and a Board Member, and currently the Representative of the 3rd District of Cavite.

He authored the House Bill No. 3969 entitled “An Act Declaring Every June 30 of Every Year a Special Non-Working Holiday and Non School Day in the City of Imus, Province of Cavite in Commemoration of its Anniversary as a City”, House Bill Number 3182 or “An Act Establishing the Fifty (50) Bed Capacity District Hospital in the City of Imus, Province of Cavite, otherwise known as the “Ospital ng Imus” and Appropriating Funds Thereof” and House Bill Number 3212 entitled “An Act Renaming the General Emilio Aguinaldo National High School Annex Located at Barangay Pasong Buaya II, Imus City, Province of Cavite to General Licerio Topacio National High School and Appropriating Funds Thereof”.

His House Committee Membership comprises of committees such as Ecology, Good Government and Public Accountability, Health, Housing and Urban Development, Legislative Franchises, Public Works and Highways, Transportation, Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development and his House Committee Vice-Chairmanship includes the Committee on Southern Tagalog Development.

Hon. Homer T. Saquilayan

Homer T. Saquilayan is currently serving as a Board Member of the 3rd District of Cavite.

Hon. Larry Nato

Larry Boy S. Nato is the son of Nenita Sayas  and former CTMO Director, Danilo Nato and was married to Laila Orcullo-Laguidao. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management at Imus Institute.

He was elected as Municipal Councilor on 2004-2010 and currently a Provincial Board Member of the 3rd District of Cavite. He co-authored the Provincial Ordinance No. 054-2014 or the Ordinance Prohibiting Conduct of Discrimination Based on Gender, Physical Disability, Sexual Orientation, and Religious Affiliation and Penalizing the same. Likewise, he headed the creation of Provincial Ordinance No. 120-2015 or the Ordinance Declaring the Fourth Sunday of November of Every Year as Bicycle Day in the Province of Cavite, as well as various ordinances supporting health, social awareness, children, women and other sectors.
